This brings us full circle as last years April Fools patch was the first ever in the Salami series. This is our 10th Mystery Drop, our 2023 April Fools Salami Mystery Patch & Coin Combo. You get both a patch and coin.  The coin has a very unique aspect incorporated in it that is new to our coins and one that we have never seen on a coin before. With that, there is a protective film over this unique part. This film is only there to protect it during transport. The film can be removed to make that part look more crisp.  Only 250 combos made, the "mold" has been destroyed.

What we can tell you: 

This is a 5" 100% embroidered patch with iron on backing. The coin is 2" solid metal coin. If you like our stuff, you will not be disappointed. If you do not purchase, you will be disappointed when you learn you will never be able to have this in your collection.
